Key Responsibilities:

* Provide nutrition counseling to patients and carers
* Make clinical decisions in collaboration with the Nutrition Support Team about the appropriate and safe administration of parenteral nutrition
* Communicate and liaise with the wider healthcare community regarding nutrition prescription and nutritional care of patients
* Undertake the measurement and evaluation of your work through the use of evidence-based practice projects, audit, and outcome measures

Requirements:

* BSc/Postgraduate diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics
* HCPC registration
* Significant previous experience in renal dietetics
* Knowledge of dietetics within the NHS
* Experience of undertaking clinical audit
* Experience of multidisciplinary team working
* Formal teaching/lecturing experience

This is a part-time Band 7 post, and you must have appropriate UK professional registration.
