ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be instrumental in assisting our Talent Partners and the wider People Team during a dynamic growth phase. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and precision of our recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and secure top-tier talent. You will prioritize delivering an outstanding candidate experience, from the initial job advertisement to the pre-onboarding phase. Your efforts will strengthen our relationships with prospective hires and the community, bolstering our employer brand and supporting our ambitious growth objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate interview scheduling and technical assessments among candidates, hiring managers, executive assistants, and Talent Partners.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience at various stages of the recruitment process, maintaining a candidate net promoter score above industry benchmarks.
- Manage tasks related to job offers and the pre-onboarding process.
- Collaborate with People Operations and IT to streamline the pre-onboarding experience.
- Draft and publish job descriptions on appropriate job boards.
- Create and maintain documentation and process manuals.
- Oversee the administration of hiring materials.
- Keep the applicant tracking system (Workable) updated and organized.
- Support the maintenance of systems and technologies utilized by the Talent Acquisition team.
- Assist Talent Partners by gathering and analyzing recruitment data to drive improvements.
- Utilize third-party platforms to analyze data, ensuring recruitment objectives are met and processes are refined.
- Organize and support job fairs and career events to promote Carwow Group.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality administration and coordination.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive and capable of working independently while serving as a team player.
- Analytical mindset, leveraging data to drive enhancements and achieve recruitment targets.
- Experience with recruitment systems, such as Workable ATS, is advantageous.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
- Step 1: Initial video call with a UK Talent Partner.
- Step 2: In-person interview with a UK Talent Partner.
- Step 3: Final interview with the Head of Department or Director of People & Talent.
