We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join our outsourcing team, providing accurate bookkeeping services, including data entry, ledger management, and processing client invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management & Reporting: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely completion of accounts preparation, management reports, and bank reconciliations.
  • Bookkeeping & Invoicing: Provide accurate bookkeeping services, including data entry, ledger management, and processing client invoices.
  • Payment Processing & Reconciliation: Draft and prepare payment runs and complete bank reconciliations within agreed timescales to meet client deadlines.
  • Workflow & Task Management: Keep task management systems up-to-date and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
