Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive application support to users, including administrative tasks such as login support, access and permissions management, and user account management.
  • Oversee daily operations of the current ERP systems, conducting system diagnostics, analyzing error logs, and implementing updates.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of support inquiries, issues encountered, and resolutions provided.
  • Facilitate system training and user onboarding, while promoting best practices for effective usage.
  • Deliver deskside support, requiring presence in the office with some flexibility.
  • Collaborate with business and functional leaders to ensure that regional ERP systems maintain consistent and reliable data platforms for reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Perform ETL data processes for reporting purposes.
  • Enhance efficiency within the ERP system (Syspro) to minimize waste in warehouse operations and drive innovation.

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience in ERP system support is essential.
  • Experience in digital transformation projects is required.
  • Familiarity with Customer Service, Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Warehouse modules is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of design-to-implementation methodologies, with experience gained from ERP implementation projects.
  • Broad IT knowledge, particularly regarding large-scale ERP systems (Syspro/Monitor) and associated applications, storage, networks, and IT infrastructure.
  • Basic SQL skills for query execution (T-SQL) are necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
