Electrical Installation Trainer/Assessor

About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Electrical Installation Trainer/Assessor to join our team at Learn Trade Skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to our candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide training and assessment of candidates to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized training and assessment area.
  • Liaise with the team on issues related to the training centre, resources, paperwork, and feedback.
  • Continuously increase scope and take training when available.
  • Support candidates throughout their course, monitoring their progress and providing guidance as needed.

Requirements

  • 1 year of teaching experience.
  • 2 years of electrical experience.

What We Offer

  • Flexible start date.
  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Up to £50,000 per year.
  • Bonus scheme, performance bonus, tips, and yearly bonus.
  • Flexitime.
