Electrical Installation Trainer/Assessor Job Description

Learn Trade Skills is an ambitious training centre seeking an Electrical Installation Trainer/Assessor to deliver high-quality services at affordable prices. The successful candidate will be proactive in understanding the centre's mantra and will be responsible for providing training and assessment of candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and assessment of candidates in Electrical Installation
  • Keep a tidy training and assessment area
  • Liaise with the rest of the team on issues regarding the training centre, non-technical resources, paperwork, and feedback
  • Continue to increase scope and take training when it can be provided
  • Support candidates through course while monitoring their progress

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Electrical Installations 2365
  • Level 3 Electrical Installations 2365
  • Teaching qualification
  • A1 assessor awards or equivalent (desirable)
  • NVQ in centre assessor award (desirable)
  • NVQ Occupational assessor award (desirable)
  • V1 assessor award (desirable)
  • Other industry qualifications (desirable)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, day shift, with flexibility to accommodate the needs of the training centre.
