Electrical Installation Trainer/Assessor Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Installation Trainer/Assessor to join our team at Learn Trade Skills. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions for Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installations (2365) and assessing candidates in accordance with Accreditation Board requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training sessions for Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installations (2365)
  • Assess candidates in accordance with Accreditation Board requirements
  • Invigilate exams and ensure a fair and consistent testing environment
  • Collaborate with the Directors and team to create course structures, develop training materials, and enhance the training program
  • Provide continuous support to candidates throughout their courses, monitor their progress, and liaise with the Director to ensure timely completions
  • Participate in regular team meetings, provide feedback, and coordinate with colleagues regarding training centre operations and resources

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the electrical field
  • Minimum 1 year of technician experience
  • Ability to deliver practical sessions for Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installations (2365)
