Position Overview:

Assistant Kitchen Manager:
Location: Confidential Salary: $20 per hour

Estimated Annual Compensation:
$60,000
Hours: 48 to 52 hours per week

Shift Schedule: 3 double shifts and 1 single shift, with 3 days off. Key Responsibilities: - Support daily kitchen operations.- Craft and present exceptional dishes in line with the establishment's Mediterranean fine dining ethos.- Supervise junior kitchen personnel, ensuring consistent quality and compliance with food safety regulations.- Oversee kitchen inventory and optimize resource utilization.- Participate in menu innovation and uphold high standards of food presentation.

Qualifications: - Demonstrated experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or in a comparable position within a high-end dining environment.- In-depth knowledge of Mediterranean culinary traditions.- Capacity to thrive under pressure and maintain poise in a dynamic setting.- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.- Enthusiasm for culinary arts and a meticulous attention to detail.
