Caresoft Global Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior HSE Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating all Environment, Health & Safety programs and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement Environment, Health & Safety programs and processes.
  • Participate in investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformances and train teams on quality investigation procedures.
  • Provide Health & Safety expertise for new projects and change management activities.
  • Develop and implement systems to resolve non-conformances based on root cause analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Company Policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement follow-ups to minimize or eliminate accidents or asset losses.
  • Facilitate implementation of corrective and preventative actions for EHS.
  • Ensure facility standards are in compliance with Company and government regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to drive a safety-perfect culture.
  • Coach less experienced team members and drive a pipeline of talent within the business.
  • Manage budgets and develop projects in collaboration with the engineering department and operations.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Environmental Management Systems and experience working with Governing Bodies.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Tech savvy with experience of Windows and ability to adapt to other systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to create a motivational environment and drive good health and safety culture.
  • Technical functional excellence in Health & Safety demonstrated through leadership.
