About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Fundraising Manager to join our client's charity team in Cheltenham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating opportunities to drive the charity forward and meet fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to raise income and meet targets
  • Research and deliver new approaches to fundraising
  • Implement new strategies to increase community engagement and participation
  • Support and develop events to raise awareness and funds
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and donors
Requirements
  • Proven experience in fundraising or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for the charity sector and fundraising
