About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Account Managers and ensuring operational excellence across our Southern Independent Schools Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a senior representative, providing stellar support to Account Managers and ensuring operational excellence across the division.
  • Manage multiple sites and services, ensuring seamless delivery of our services to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue opportunities, including cash sales, labor efficiency, and GOP growth.
  • Recruit, induct, and develop talented employees within the business portfolio, and manage poor performance.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth and new business, and lead company initiatives and change management processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in contract catering and multisite management.
  • Strong commercial experience and business acumen, with knowledge of external industry developments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and lead in high-stakes environments.
  • Relevant qualification and training, with a focus on business development and operations management.
