Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth and expand our product reach with key clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their strategic goals.
  • Proactively identify and prioritize accounts based on perceived risk, potential growth opportunity, and strategic value.
  • Leverage a consultative approach to bring innovative solutions and capabilities to clients, driving their success and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in enterprise software client management, with a focus on supply chain, logistics, and order-to-cash.
  • Proven ability to maintain strong relationships across multiple levels of organizations and adapt to complex sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of key influencers within client organizations and ability to quickly identify key players.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy, compassion, and strategic advisement.
