Fleet Disposals Coordinator

Company Overview:
VMS Fleet Management Ltd is a leading provider of fleet management services, operating nationwide with workshops and vehicle hire sites throughout the UK. Our Head Office is based in Stevenage, and our Operations centre is based in Bury St Edmunds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the disposals desk, ensuring accurate data entry and recording of all new vehicle disposals on the VMS bespoke fleet database.
- Arrange vehicle movements via the VMS third-party movement network from client to sales location.
- Liaise with repairers and obtain necessary documentation for vehicle disposal.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient disposal processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
