Job Title: Creative Diversity Partner

Mumsnet is seeking a highly skilled Creative Diversity Partner to join our team. As a key member of our agency partnership team, you will be responsible for driving and growing sales revenue and building/strengthening existing and new agency relationships to bring repeat, sustainable business to Mumsnet.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute effective outbound strategies to yield commercial results on an ongoing basis, leveraging Mumsnet user data, trends, and needs to connect with brand partners.
  2. Work closely with the planning team to manage opportunities from initial client introduction to renewal, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality proposals and marketing projects.
  3. Maintain strong industry awareness and provide fresh perspectives for partners and proposals, utilizing your expertise to drive business growth.
  4. Consistently deliver revenue through solving clients' problems using Mumsnet's commercial products, fostering strong relationships with key accounts.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the best outcome for brand partners, including the Product, CRM, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
  6. Build and maintain a black book of media planning, buying, and comms strategy decision-makers at key media agencies in London.
  7. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, strategic, and creative proposals and marketing projects.
  8. Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities, including bespoke learning platforms, coaching, and training sessions.
  9. Undergo initial cross-training across the Community team and receive ongoing on-the-job training from your line manager.

This role reports into the Head of Agency and is envisioned as a full-time position, but we are open to considering flexible options for the right candidate.
