Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design strategies for interior projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand identity.
  • Lead a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations, and communicate design solutions effectively.
  • Review and finalize design and technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work with technical staff to resolve inconsistencies and ensure compliance with design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to set financial targets and communicating variances to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in architecture or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate or workplace design projects, preferably with a focus on interior design.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, with experience in using Affinity program tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
