About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Beauty Services Coordinator to join our team at Superdrug. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our beauty services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Beauty Services team, Regional Operations team, and key stakeholders to deliver efficient processes that improve performance and increase distribution.
  • Support external product and service suppliers in their interactions with the brand, focusing on our growth area Piercing.
  • Provide support to the department in key processes that deliver improved sales performance, increased profits, and support the ongoing strategy.
  • Look for ways to improve and streamline current processes that remove administrative duties from the team, allowing them to spend more time with customers.
  • Manage time and attendance for the team, maintain holiday calendars, and communicate with various stakeholders, including stores, therapists, suppliers, and the wider team.
  • In the absence of the Buyer, perform buying, loading, merchandising (new lines from and discontinued lines).
Requirements
  • A passion for Beauty Services and an eagerness to learn.
  • Experience of working in a retail or similar environment.
  • A strong understanding of key IT applications, such as Microsoft and Outlook.
