Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supervising Social Worker to join our team at Fostering People. As a Senior Supervising Social Worker, you will play a critical role in supporting our foster parents across the North East and ensuring the best possible outcomes for the children in our care.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide high-quality supervision and support to foster parents
* Conduct regular home visits and assessments
* Develop and implement individualized care plans for children
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
* Maintain accurate records and reports

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary of £28,938 - £41,052 per annum
