Cleaning Contract Manager Job Description

Cleaning and Support Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Cleaning Contract Manager to provide operational support, interface with clients, and manage directly employed staff, including Area and Site Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational planning at contract level, with responsibility for contract performance and monitoring
  • Management of all directly employed staff, including Area and Site Supervisors
  • Management of budgets in liaison with the Operations Manager
  • Collation and reporting of management information and the development of management systems
  • Provision and maintenance of Site Reference Manuals at all sites, including Health & Safety documentation, Environmental documentation, and COSHH data sheets
  • Carrying out risk assessments as required and sending them back to the Health & Safety Focal Point
  • Adherence to the Company Environmental Policy and reporting of non-conformances to the Environmental Focal Point
  • Occasional tasks from the office at the discretion of management and additional ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
  • Clean Valid Driving Licence
  • Previous Contract Management or Supervisory experience within Facilities Management/Cleaning Services Industry
  • Awareness of Environmental Management Systems
