We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Cooplands Bakery store in Pontefract. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of store appearance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and waste reduction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase profitability
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of store appearance, including cleanliness and maintenance
  • Collaborate with the wider EG Group team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
  • Previous store management experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
