Position Overview:
As a Business Systems Administrator, you will be integral in maintaining the quality and reliability of essential business systems within the dynamic landscape of Systems Engineering & Assessment (SEA).

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for business systems, including ERP and CRM platforms.
- Deliver first and second line assistance for business applications.
- Manage the helpdesk queue for business systems inquiries.
- Investigate and resolve various application support issues and requests.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Applications Analyst to offer necessary support.
- Escalate complex issues to external suppliers for detailed analysis.
