The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team at our Head Office in Glasgow. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting outbound residential development calls to existing customers to promote our products and services.
  • Displaying a friendly, confident manner and excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Upselling the benefits of new products to existing customers and closing sales under pressure.
  • Using your initiative to create original solutions to problems and promoting our company brand image positively.
  • Dealing with a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment and demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customer queries can be answered.
  • Providing a high level of customer service and being appreciative and understanding of each customer's needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Telephony experience (preferably in a sales environment).
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work both as a team and as an individual.
  • Ability to work towards office targets and use initiative and manage your time effectively.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for sales and customer service.
  • Knowledgeable on MS Office.
