About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Assistant to join our team at Alexander Mae (Bristol) Ltd. As a key member of our office support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and packages
  • Provide administrative support for events, meetings, and conferences
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and organized, including cleaning and minor repairs
  • Liaise with external contractors and vendors
  • Support the reception area, including answering phones and greeting clients
  • Prepare and serve refreshments and food for internal and external clients
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
