Job Summary:

Matchtech is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and events to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required to support business operations.
  • Assist with procurement and inventory management to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration or a related field, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving to drive business growth.
