We are seeking an exceptional Senior Procurement Manager to join our highly skilled and dynamic Strategic Sourcing Team at Forseven, a revolutionary company transforming the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices.

This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity, offering the opportunity to work alongside visionary minds in the automotive field. As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our forward-thinking company, driving strategy, and expanding into new horizons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the strategic direction and commercial management of software commodities within the CX / Software team.
  • Develop and execute global procurement strategies on complex requirements against business objectives and global growth plans.
  • Lead contract management via effective negotiation and supplier performance management.
  • Be responsible for commodity-level total lifecycle cost ownership, risk management, and developing cost and potential revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain supplier relationship management with engaged supply partners and develop new potential supplier relationships.
  • Support the Strategic Sourcing Manager in developing other team members to achieve a dynamic and best-in-class function.
  • Deliver high-level presentations and business cases to senior leadership for critical decision-making.

Requirements:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Manager with:

Significant procurement experience in a product environment, ideally within automotive, aerospace, or consumer electronics.Skilled in contract drafting and negotiation across different types of software supply agreements.Experienced negotiator with a proven track record of end-to-end supply base management.Solid knowledge of software technologies and supply base with a deep industry network.Strong influencing skills with experience of creating and maintaining networks across all levels of the business.Ability to analyse business requirements and propose different commercial models that may provide revenue to the business.Knowledge of risks and associated mitigations with software.Innovation mindset and inquisitive to understand different solutions and future trends.
