We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant / Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at Building Careers UK in Skelmersdale. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining Purchase and Sales Ledgers, preparing month-end journals, and managing Bank Accounts and Cashflow within the group.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including Purchase and Sales Ledgers.
- Prepare and review month-end journals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage Bank Accounts and Cashflow within the group, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing financial guidance and support.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including Monthly Management Accounts and Quarterly VAT returns.
- Qualified to AAT or completed level 1 ACCA or CIMA, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Proven experience in finance, with a focus on management accounting and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
