Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers on software projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Support the delivery of control system projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Manage the obsolescence of software products, ensuring seamless integration with new technologies.
  • Proactively allocate resources within the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant engineering field, such as computer science or software engineering.
  • Extensive knowledge of software development processes, including Agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in Windows Operating Systems, with a strong understanding of system architecture and design.
  • Proficient in C, C++, and C# programming languages, with experience in software development frameworks.
  • Understanding of communication programming protocols, including UDP/IP and TCP/IP.
  • Experience with Motorola and Intel assembler languages, with a strong understanding of low-level programming.
