Templewood Recruitment is representing a reputable Freight Forwarding organization with a rich legacy in the Logistics and Freight Management industry.

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the transportation of substantial materials and equipment on a global scale, delivering comprehensive logistics and transport services to the Transport and Logistics Manager, Project Teams, Suppliers, and Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and processing of air cargo shipments for both export and import.
  • Negotiating rates and placing orders with airline carriers.
  • Preparation of shipping documentation, including freight invoices and outgoing invoices.
  • Preparation, monitoring, and verification of customs documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations concerning hazardous materials.
  • Overseeing transport processes and cargo loading (occasionally on-site).
  • Creating air cargo quotations.
  • Providing customer support, primarily in English.
  • Monitoring, controlling, and reporting on the status of current projects.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the air cargo sector.
  • Experience in export/import/cross trades, air cargo, sea freight, and land transport is desirable.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Completion of dangerous goods training, specifically CBTA Module C, C&F.
