Regional Sales Executive – Windows & Doors

Role Overview:
The Regional Sales Executive – Windows & Doors will be responsible for:
- Engaging in field sales of a premium range of fabricated windows, doors, and conservatories
- Focusing on business-to-business sales
- Directly selling to end users, specifically window and door installers and contractors
- Developing new business opportunities
- Initially increasing sales to 40 frames per week within the first two months, followed by a steady sales rate thereafter
- Managing fast-paced sales cycles ranging from 2 days to 2 weeks
- Replacing existing fabricators' products in showrooms due to service or delivery issues
- Typical customer orders averaging around 20 frames weekly
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of field sales experience
- Proven sales experience with window and door installers and contractors
- Established customer relationships within the designated area
- A proactive approach to new business development
- A stable career history with a focus on long-term growth
- In-depth knowledge and experience in fenestration, windows, and doors
- A strong desire for career advancement and personal development
