About Selwood Housing Group:
Selwood Housing Group is a not-for-profit housing association dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions for our community. We are committed to maintaining safe, comfortable, and accessible homes for our residents across the South West.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of various compliance programs, including but not limited to:
- Fire safety
- Legionella management
- Asbestos control
- Lift maintenance
- Gas and electrical safety
- Focus on specific areas such as asbestos management, lift servicing, auto gate operations, and door entry systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage contracts effectively.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and provide expert advice on quality, design, and cost management.

Qualifications:
- HNC or CIOB in Building or Surveying or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and construction management principles.
- Familiarity with project management best practices.
- Proficient in relevant computer systems used in maintenance environments.
- Experience in managing programs related to key areas of this role is preferred.
