Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our Product Development team in Network Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving product development, managing product roadmaps, and transforming concepts into high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Drive product development with a focus on rigorous testing, ensuring all copper data communication cables meet customer and international standards.
  • Concept Validation: Conduct in-depth validation of product concepts through calculation, simulation, and hands-on testing.
  • Technology Advancements: Stay at the forefront of technology and industry standards.
  • Approval Testing: Lead and manage approval testing for copper cable systems, from prototype to production.
  • Technical Reporting: Analyse test results and produce detailed technical reports and presentations for cross-functional teams.
Essential Skills
  • Electrical Engineering Background: Bachelor's (or Master's) in Electrical Engineering.
  • Data Transmission Expertise: Strong understanding of data transmission, structured cabling, and network analysers.
  • Technical Tools Proficiency: Proficient in electrical design tools and would be a plus to have statistical analysis tools such as Minitab & JMP.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Product Development Experience: Hands-on experience in developing, testing, and implementing new products.
  • Process Knowledge: Knowledge of Six Sigma is a plus.
