Position Overview:
We are seeking a committed Customer Service Associate to facilitate the efficient operation of our services within the Defence sector, working a full-time schedule of 36 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash registers during peak times to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensure daily restocking of shelves, maintaining product rotation for sandwiches and beverages.
  • Oversee the operation of coffee machines, ensuring sufficient supplies of milk and crockery.
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing dining tables and preparing them for incoming customers.
  • Assist in the wash-up area to guarantee availability of trays and crockery.
  • Perform cleaning duties, including mopping floors and tables, while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
