About the role

As a Tesco Colleague, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a great shopping experience. You will work closely with your colleagues to achieve this goal, and your contributions will be valued and recognized.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services, and be able to make recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
