Job Title: Adults Team Leader Adult Community Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Adults Team in Adult Community Services. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of social workers and other professionals to deliver high-quality services to adults in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of social workers and other professionals to deliver high-quality services to adults in need.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes for adults.
  • Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Provide supervision and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Requirements:

  • BA(Hons) in Social Work or equivalent.
  • Registered with the SSSC.
  • Commitment to social work values.
  • Effective interpersonal communication, IT, assessment, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
  • Flexible approach.
