Adult Community Services Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Adults Team in Adult Community Services. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of social workers and other professionals to deliver high-quality services to adults in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of social workers and other professionals to deliver high-quality services to adults in need.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes for adults.
- Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
- Provide supervision and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Requirements:
- BA(Hons) in Social Work or equivalent.
- Registered with the SSSC.
- Commitment to social work values.
- Effective interpersonal communication, IT, assessment, and writing skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- Flexible approach.
