Job Title: CRM & Content Executive - DAZN Bet

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and analyze marketing activities to drive conversion and growth.
  • Design and execute personalized campaigns using relevant communication channels to guarantee customer satisfaction and drive engagement.
  • Manage and analyze customer data to inform marketing strategies and optimize customer segmentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and ensure DAZN remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in CRM, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the online gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention through innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for sports and entertainment, with a deep understanding of what drives customer engagement.
