As a CRM and Content Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a safe and engaging betting experience for sports fans across multiple regulated markets.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Monitor performance, implement personalization through automation, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective marketing campaigns and optimize business revenues.
  • Maximize customer lifetime value while optimizing bonus costs to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Develop robust campaign reporting frameworks to measure and improve marketing campaign effectiveness.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in the online gaming industry, with a focus on CRM and Content.
  • Proficiency in operating CRM tools (e.g., Optimove, Salesforce) and other tools like CMS.
  • Strong strategic thinking, hands-on implementation, and attention to detail.
  • Passion for driving results, meeting revenue targets, and staying data-driven.
  • Knowledge of local gambling regulations, advertisement restrictions, and marketing possibilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with German a plus.
