About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Leeds Burley Rd Express store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Availability Window

We require our Customer Service Representatives to be available to work during the following times:

  • Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Monday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Friday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Please note that we offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to work fewer hours if preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride
  • Building rapport with customers, ensuring they leave the store having experienced a great shopping trip
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards
  • Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition
  • Being knowledgeable about store performance, understanding your part in driving service and sales, reducing waste and shrink, and delivering profit

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, you will need:
