Job Title: Senior Financial Advisor

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Advisor to join their team. As a key member of the front office team, you will be responsible for leading project finance transactions and collaborating with team members and other departments to evaluate project finance deals within a financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead team members in performing due diligence and credit analysis on new project finance transactions
  • Make investment proposals for the branch's credit committee
  • Manage documentation processes with the legal team
  • Monitor existing project finance transactions and put internal credit ratings on them
  • Attend lender meetings and conduct research on various topics
  • Build relationships with new sponsors, FAs, and lenders to find new opportunities
  • Provide general clerical support to the Senior Manager

Requirements:

  • At least 4-6 years' experience in project finance transactions
  • Experience in leading project finance deals and cooperating with team members and other departments
  • Knowledge of social infrastructure, mainstream renewables, and digital infrastructure
  • Ability to analyze and monitor UK offshore and Irish finance deals
