Job Overview

As a Trainee Build Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our operational team at United Living Group. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative tasks aimed at ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in general administrative support as directed by your supervisor.
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical project documentation.
  • Regularly update internal monitoring systems.
  • Prepare and provide Build Completion documentation as needed.
  • Input site-related information into both internal and client databases as required.
  • Retrieve and distribute database sheets of client system drawings, surveys, and data to relevant team members.
  • Source relevant quotations and initiate Purchase Orders (POs) for necessary approvals.
  • Request the allocation of internal resources as needed.
  • Adhere to the procedures and standards outlined in the Company Procedures and Quality Manual consistently.
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with colleagues and field staff.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

You will be expected to pursue your Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship qualification.
