Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of waiters and waitresses, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, wine list, and beverage offerings to provide expert recommendations to guests.
  • Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, from initial greeting to final farewell.
  • Work closely with the restaurant management team to achieve exceptional service standards and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Waiter or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and fine dining etiquette.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tables and priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
