We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Breakfast Head Waiter to join our team at The Standard London. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.

About the Role

As a Breakfast Head Waiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of waiters and waitresses to provide exceptional service to our guests
  • Ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, from arrival to departure
  • Managing the restaurant floor, including table management, seating, and service
  • Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge of our menu, drinks, and services
  • Providing feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance and service standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • High standards of quality and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize tasks effectively
