Accounts Payable Supervisor Job Description

Sanctuary Group is a leading provider of housing, care, and commercial services, employing over 14,000 people across England and Scotland. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team in Worcester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of the Finance Service Desk to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Provide expertise to resolve complex queries and improve Accounts Payable services.
  • Identify and respond to customer demand, analyzing data to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage and develop effective administration systems and processes to maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage team performance to meet SLAs and KPIs.
  • Develop and review service standards.
Requirements:
  • AAT or relevant professional qualification is desirable.
  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable customer service is desirable.
  • Experience in managing and developing staff is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
