Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing Best Practices
    • Collaborate with artists and engineers to develop and implement efficient content creation pipelines.
    • Work alongside cross-functional teams to establish and maintain high-quality standards in game development.
  • Tool Development and Maintenance
    • Design and implement tools to support artists and content creators in their work.
    • Ensure that tools are user-friendly, efficient, and meet the needs of the team.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Mentorship
    • Share knowledge and expertise with other artists and technical artists to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.
