As a key member of our team, you will support artists and content creators by designing and implementing efficient pipelines and tools that enable high-quality art production. You will work closely with artists and engineers to establish best practices for content creation, ensuring a seamless and collaborative workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with artists and engineers to establish and maintain best practices for content creation.
  • Develop and implement tools that enable a collaborative and efficient workflow.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in game content creation.
  • Mentor and support Technical Artists in their professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Strong scripting skills in Python or other languages.
  • Fundamental knowledge of rendering pipelines and HLSL/GLSL.
  • Proficiency in one or more DCC packages (Maya, Max, Blender, Houdini).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of game content creation best practices.
  • Experience in at least one full game development cycle.
  • Development experience in Unreal Engine.
