ROLE OVERVIEWThe Facility Maintenance Specialists play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. They are tasked with the upkeep and repair of various equipment, systems, and infrastructure within both residential and public spaces.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTo deliver an exceptional guest experience through:
Equipment Upkeep: Conduct regular maintenance on machinery and systems to guarantee optimal performance and safety. Identify and rectify issues in mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations. Collaborate with the maintenance leadership to develop preventive maintenance strategies aimed at reducing equipment downtime.
Effective Communication: Address maintenance requests and urgent situations swiftly to minimize disruptions. Work in partnership with the maintenance team to uphold high standards for both staff and guests. Engage with contractors and vendors to facilitate maintenance projects.
Guest Support: Offer courteous and prompt assistance to guests, resolving any specific inquiries or concerns professionally. Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols diligently, including the proper use of tools and handling of materials, to maintain a secure working environment. Conduct risk assessments and ensure all equipment meets compliance standards.
Sustainability Initiatives: Actively promote and implement sustainability practices as directed by Silverstone Circuits.
