About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programmatic Innovation Manager to join our team at OMD EMEA. As a key member of our global programmatic team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and strategy across our programmatic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for programmatic campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Lead and support projects from our global innovation scope, creating strategic and best-practice guidelines for programmatic opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and support to Mercedes-Benz business units to improve and increase their global programmatic coverage.
  • Liaise with team x and Mercedes-Benz regional and local teams to keep stakeholders informed and generate buy-in for upcoming pilots.
  • Coordinate with global team x digital channel counterparts to stay up-to-date with technical roadmaps and industry developments.
  • Stay ahead of industry developments, sharing insights with client teams and testing new opportunities.
About You
  • Proven expertise in programmatic advertising, including end-to-end campaign management and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic ecosystems, publisher offerings, and brand safety/ad verification tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a growing team, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
  • Polished PowerPoint and Excel skills, with experience in presenting documents internally and externally.
