About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Innovation Manager to join our team at OMD EMEA. As a key member of our global programmatic team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and excellence in programmatic marketing for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support projects from our global innovation scope, developing strategic and best-practice guidelines for programmatic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our global display and video team to ensure timely delivery of all project scopes.
  • Provide guidance to Mercedes-Benz business units on how to improve and increase their global programmatic coverage.
  • Liaise with team x and Mercedes-Benz regional and local teams to keep stakeholders informed and generate buy-in for upcoming pilots.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and share knowledge with client teams to stay ahead of the curve.
About You
  • Proven expertise in programmatic marketing, including end-to-end campaign management and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic ecosystems, publisher offerings, and brand safety/ad verification tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a growing team, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
