Programmatic Account Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Account Manager to join our team at Tribal Tech - The Digital, Data & AI Specialists. As a Programmatic Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships from a programmatic perspective, planning, activating, optimizing, and reporting activity across various DSP platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, activation, optimization, and reporting of programmatic campaigns across various DSP platforms.
  • Manage client relationships, attend initial client briefings, and provide feedback on the planning process.
  • Line manage and mentor a junior trader, responsible for their career progression and training.
  • Stay up-to-date with new trends and innovations within the programmatic sector, contributing to wider digital testing roadmaps.
  • Confidently present analysis, updates, and strategic recommendations in face-to-face meetings with clients and internally.
  • Support the Head of Programmatic in new business pitches and wider projects.
  • Be accountable for delivering best-in-class work on client accounts.
  • Collaborate with digital planners to ensure campaign alignment with other channels.
  • Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to campaign QA processes.

Requirements

  • Approximately 4 years of experience in programmatic planning and buying roles (agency or trading desk), with a proven ability to deliver successful large-scale programmatic campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience working in various DSPs, activating across a range of channels, including video, YouTube, and display.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the ad tech landscape.
  • Strong experience in critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Strong interest and knowledge in the programmatic landscape.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of technology platforms and integration.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to understand client business challenges.
  • Ability to anticipate issues and produce solutions with measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of all media channels.
