About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Manager to join our team at Tribal Tech - The Digital, Data & AI Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving agency strategy around programmatic buying through technology platforms, evaluating and recommending current and potential technology partners, and setting up, managing, and optimizing different types of programmatic inventory via multiple Demand Side Platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programmatic buying strategies to drive client growth and revenue
  • Evaluate and recommend technology partners to enhance our programmatic capabilities
  • Manage and optimize programmatic inventory across multiple DSPs
  • Maintain relationships with programmatic vendors and negotiate contracts
  • Oversee the implementation of all programmatic media campaigns and provide regular reporting and analysis
  • Collaborate with the integrated media team to provide insights and guidance on programmatic media planning and buying
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and research to ensure our programmatic capabilities remain best-in-class
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Display and Programmatic space
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the B2B space
  • Agency or client-side experience preferred
  • Experience with Paid Media, including Search and Social, is a bonus
