**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities by creating awareness, account prospecting, and qualifying leads.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Utilize a variety of media, including telephone, email, and LinkedIn, to engage with new business prospects
* Introduce prospects to our business and qualify their needs and pain points
* Work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in a Business Development role or similar
* Self-motivated and able to consistently meet performance goals
* Confident telephone presence
* Previous experience with CRM tools is beneficial but not essential
