Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our manufacturing team, you will be stationed in our blade production facility. Collaborating with skilled colleagues, you will ensure adherence to established documentation and procedures, while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Constructing blades according to the production schedule
  • Meeting the required quality benchmarks as outlined in the latest controlled documents
  • Ensuring a safe and tidy work environment
  • Maintaining tools and equipment in your designated area
  • Promoting safety practices and encouraging colleagues to do the same
  • Layering materials (carbon, glass fiber) in molds as per specified plans
  • Applying resins in a vacuum setting
  • Utilizing bonding materials effectively
  • Employing power tools for trimming and finishing
  • Preparing material kits for fellow operatives
  • Participating in quality enhancement and efficiency improvement initiatives
  • Working in a rotating shift pattern, which includes 12.25-hour shifts, ensuring continuous production
Qualifications & Skills:
